Susan Leys provides consulting and coaching for the healthcare professionals and teams who care for all of us. Her "why" stems from a family legacy firmly grounded in serving others and providing compassionate care and support to patients, families, and the professionals she works alongside.

Susan earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth; her M.Ed. and C.A.G.S. are in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College. Additionally, she holds two graduate certificates: one in The Business of Medicine from Johns Hopkins University and the other in High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, Susan can also offer you or your team workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John's proven leadership and coaching methods.

Susan acknowledges that coaching and training professionals is work that "never really feels like work because of how rewarding it is; there's nothing better than seeing the results in the personal and professional growth of your clients when they're reaching their fullest potential."
